Medical Professionals
Dr. Craig A. Stevens, Medical Director

Dr. Stevens, owner of Triangle Family Care and Carolina Convenient Care, earned his undergraduate B.A. degree in Natural Systems from the Defiance College (Defiance, Ohio) in 1985 and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (Cincinnati, Ohio) in 1989. After completing his residency in Family Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, he worked for several local traditional family practices and urgent care centers.
In mid-1997, Dr. Stevens relocated to North Carolina, where he continued to practice medicine with various offices, including Rex Urgent Care of Cary. Traveling and photography are two of Dr. Stevens’ hobbies. He enjoys taking images of landscapes, architecture, and nature. In fact, many of the framed photographs decorating the office are photos taken by Dr. Stevens. He is a frequent visitor to local art shows, art galleries, and estate auctions so that he can add to his own personal collection of art that he has amassed over the years.
During his limited free time, Dr. Stevens likes to garden, dabble in turning wood, create stained glass pieces and sometimes even take up brush to canvas from time to time. He also enjoys playing poker. As a lover of antiques, good food and wine, whenever Dr. Stevens travels, he generally tries to find local restaurants for great food and drink, as well as antique or vintage shops to look for those one-of-a-kind pieces or a real bargain.
